Sarasvati Aarti

The Goddess Sarasvati resides within all of us. Her aarti (invocation) blesses us to discover the fifth dimension through the experience of Aakaash^a, the purest of the five elements.

Microchakra™ Psychology recognizes that most of us live within three dimensions, governed by the fiery mind of reason, logic and rationalizing our behavior.

The fourth dimension encompasses compassion and unconditional love, with a life that is full of joy. Mantras of bhakti yoga (devotion) bless us here.

Practice of Sarasvati Aarti is an attempt to open the fourth microchakra of the Vishuddha* (fifth) chakra, which is blocked in most people.

Sacred sounds of the chakras, especially the seven sv^ar^as (musical notes) will be practiced as we repeat Sri ShyamJi's soory^a aakaash^a infused voice.These sounds will enhance your meditations leading to the sixth dimension.

Once you invoke the presence of Sarasvati Ma, you realize she has always been with you.

The students of naad^a yoga (primordial sound), may experience any of the nine naad^as that will be propounded during this course.

Although participants may join a single class, the whole series is recommended because each class builds upon the previous one. In order to sustain the fifth dimension a Three Body Purification* is advised to ground your apaan^a praan^a (the detoxifying wind related to the first and second chakras), to further deepen the experience of Ma Sarasvati.

*Vishuddha = ultra pure Sarasvati naadee (channel)

Refund & cancellation policy:

To receive credit for a missed class (that you have paid for), you must advise the Chakra Institute 24 hours before the time of the class, otherwise no refund is available.

The email confirmation link that you will receive is non-transferable. It will only work for one dedicated IP address per household. If you have more than 1 computer or video-enabled device in your home, you will be able to watch the video stream simultaneously on each device but you are not permitted to share the link.
